CANCELLATION POLICY
i have a 10 minute grace/ late period. i WILL NOT be able to accommodate a client later than this 9/10 times, due to being on a schedule. if possible, i will 100% still see you but if i will not be able to complete the service this will result in a cancellation! my last minute cancellation/ no show fee is 50% of the scheduled service. i hope this is understandable, i work full time and independently and i have to protect myself! that being said i am very understanding and it’s all about communication. PLEASE communicate with me! if i am ever running behind or have something come up i will communicate that to you.
